You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use Axiro Bot. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Axiro Bot is a MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) software designed to automate certain trading activities. The software is provided for informational and educational purposes and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Axiro Bot does not provide investment recommendations or financial advice. Nothing on our website, software, marketing materials, social media content, or communications should be interpreted as:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Trading recommendations
• Solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments

Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions.

Trading foreign exchange (Forex), CFDs, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk. You acknowledge that:

• Trading can result in significant financial losses.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• No trading system can guarantee profits.
• You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

You assume full responsibility for all trading activities conducted using Axiro Bot.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to use the software. You may not:

• Resell the software
• Redistribute the software
• Share license files
• Reverse engineer the software
• Modify the software for redistribution
• Use the software for unlawful purposes

All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Axiro Bot.

All purchases are processed through third party payment providers, including but not limited to Whop and cryptocurrency payment processors. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions caused by payment providers.

All sales are final. Because access to digital software is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are not provided under any circumstances except where required by applicable law. Please review the product information carefully before purchasing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiro Bot shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
• Lost profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data
• Account suspensions
• Broker related issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

Your use of the software is entirely at your own risk.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the software. Updates, maintenance, technical issues, market conditions, broker changes, or MetaTrader platform changes may affect software performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the software if these Terms are violated.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
